q:  is this mailorder being run by the band, and am I supporting Intronaut in the most direct way possible by buying from this bigcartel store?

a:  yes, thank you.

q:  how long does it take you to ship stuff out?

a:  that depends on a lot of factors.  we typically pack orders once or twice a week, so realistically please allow 5-7 days for us to get your order out to you, plus however long it takes to get to you, which is probably another week.

q:  do you accept returns?

a:  no, sorry, but sometimes we have made crazy arrangements for people to come exchange their shirt at our merch table next time we come through on tour.
